 1. Angkor Wat – Angkor Wat is the largest religious monument in the world, and one of the most spectacular examples of Khmer architecture. This massive temple complex is the best preserved temple in Cambodia and one of the finest in Southeast Asia. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is considered one of the seven wonders of the world.




2.Banteay Srei – This 10th century temple contains intricately carved pink sandstone walls and is often described as the 'Jewel of Khmer art'. It is located about 25km from Siem Reap and is a popular destination for visitors to the region.

3.Preah Vihear Temple –This stunning temple is located on a cliff escarpment in the Dângrêk Mountains and is considered an Angkorian site. It's known for its intricate carvings and stone statues which are dedicated to the Hindu God, Shiva.

4.Ta Prohm – Ta Prohm is located in Angkor Archaeological Park and is one of the most popular attractions in the area. It is unique for the way the temple is enshrouded by the roots of trees, making it look like a natural, sacred part of the landscape.

5.Bayon Temple –The Bayon Temple was built in the 12th century, and is distinguished by its four-faced smiling Buddha statues. This sandstone structure is located in AngkorThom and is known for its intricate bas-relief carvings.

9.Wat Ounalom – This temple is located in the center of Phnom Penh and is the headquarters of Cambodian Buddhism. It contains several important relics, and is a popular destination for both locals and tourists.

What is ASEAN ?

          ASEAN is an association of countries in southeast Asia it is made up of ten countries including Cambodia. They are Thailand. Malaysia, Indonesia.
