 Depending on the increasing number of population in Cambodia nowadays, Transporting is one problem for movemerit controlling. Due to the needs and wants of the people in the country with modem technology that made the numbers of vehicles increasing. A lot of automobile cars and many kinds of Cambodian vehicles. The hardness of traffic jam involves three causes are the road accident, effect to the time using, bad pollution and stress. The first cause of traffic jam is the road accident that makes by the drivers disobey the traffic laws, for example driving over speed, lack of understanding the traffic laws. The majority of the accidents happen because of their poor understanding. They usually contuse the traffic signs, where not to tum left. At the moment, their traffic laws that people who drinking can not drive. However people still do that they do not think of the accident when they lose consciousness, parking untidy on the road gathered among of the sobered people from road accidents that cause to traffic.


Another cause is effect to the time using like taking a lot of time in wilting that can effect to the time of job and waste of gasoline, internet in the business conference, traveling of tourism and also effect to the emergency for instance, it makes too take for sending the patients by ambulance can to the hospital and fire truck as wait.


The last cause is pollution and stress is the increasing number of vehicles on the narrow by more than three hundreds thousands motorized vehicles in Cambodia, especially in the modem capital city such as Phnom Penh city. This remarkable increased a that sing much oil and diesel that impact to the environment and make harmful to the health,
