All countries around the world always to become the members of the Regions, Trade Blocks or others World Organizations in order to develop their own country. Besides, Cambodia is a country which has a lot of temples and many beautiful place . The royal movement of Cambodia had tried all the best to integrate itself to become these members.


Recently, Preach Vihea has introduced into the World Heritage on 07th July, 2008 at Canada which was prepared by UNESCO and unanimity supported by other twenty one country members.

First of all, we want the world to acknowledge internationalize. Preach Vihea becoming the World Heritage people around the word will know and they`ll come and visit our country especially Prasad Preach Vihea, so we can get many benefits from those tourists.



Second, we want to glorify our culture values on the international stages. Absolutely, the world will know that Cambodia is the country of temples, sculptures, shrine places and other landscapes. They will spread to the world what have seen in Cambodia when they are back to their own home country. More or less the number of number of tourists in our country will be home country. More or the number of tourists in our country will be increasing.

Finally, we want the international to support and preserve or conserve to be better. UNESCO will use their fund to conserve the temple and the environment around the Preach the Preah Vihea or they will send their observers to watch what we have done after the introduced our temple into the World Heritage.

What is ASEAN ?

          ASEAN is an association of countries in southeast Asia it is made up of ten countries including Cambodia. They are Thailand. Malaysia, Indonesia. Brunei, the Philippines, Myanmar (Burma), Laos, Vietnam, Singapore and Cambodia.           In 1967, the Ministers of foreign Affairs from five of these countries held important negotiations in Bangkok, which focused on possible union of countries in the region.
